Russel Darnley OAM, Vice ChairmanHe is a writer, researcher and consultant in education, educational media, learning materials development and inter-cultural communications, who has been engaged by the Australia Indonesia Institute, The Le@rning Federation, Fork Films, CTC Productions and Garuda Indonesia. He was a foundation Director of Asian Field Study Centres Pty Ltd. At present he is extensively involved in the development of digital teaching and learning materials as part of the Digital Education Revolution in NSW and is a regular presenter at teacher professional development conferences. He is an active participant in social media and maintains Maximos’ Blog which is archived by PANDORA, Australia’s Web Archive. A consultant for the former NSW Department of Education, he is currently employed as a teacher. |

Dennis Tritaris, Secretary & Public Affairs OfficerDennis Tritaris has over 15 years experience in public relations within corporate and consulting roles across a wide range of industries. Dennis started his corporate career with his involvement in the Olympic Games of Sydney (2000) and Athens (2004). He holds a Master of Management in Sport Management Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. Today Dennis is an Associate at the Corporate Affairs department of Transfield Holdings andis responsible for managing internal and external digital communications, graphic design and events management. He also plays an active role in the maintaining the company’s archiving system and oversees facilities management for Transfield Holdings’ Walsh Bay office. In 2004 Dennis started his own business as a Freelance Web designer. Orama Communications offers a wide range of services from Web Design to Social Media consultation and Multimedia production. As Secretary and Public Affairs officer Dennis is responsible for the Committee's Website and all Communication and PR functions. |

Gina Choutis, Assistant SecretaryGina specialises in Business Analytics. She graduated in 2006 from UNSW with a Bachelor of Science Major in Applied Mathematics with Honours. Today Gina is a Senior Analyst at Suncorp. Gina's involvement in the committe is a result from her passion and interest in History and Philosophy. Her commitment to the cause for restitution is based on her affninity with the core values of the Parthenon itself - achievement, integrity and progress. |

James Tzavaras, TreasurerJames was born in Greece and came to Australia in 1960. He has been involved in the business sector for over 28 years. Retired in 1988 but then went back to sales for one of the best food wholesale companies in Australia "Frutex". James has been an active member of AHEPA for over 33 years, served in many positions as well as in management. He was one of the founding members of the committee, for what he believe is an injustice to the Hellenic Heritage and the PARTHENON MARBLES. |
